we had a late summer barbecue at our house today...jeremy's mom is in town from oregon and his sister wanted to introduce her to her boyfriend's parents who also happen to be in town. whew, that's a mouthful. we made especially yummy barbecued chicken and relaxed, ate and talked. i really should have taken a nap first, though...i'm absolutely beat. parker hasn't been sleeping very well lately - his top two teeth are coming in and have been giving him hell. another week starts tomorrow. i guess i'll try to take a nap next saturday.
